Shape the Statewide Discussion on Therapeutic Residential Care – Join the TRC Collective

If you’re a Therapeutic Specialist working with young people in residential care, The Therapeutic Residential Care (TRC) Collective is your pathway to support, innovation and professional growth.

We’re delighted to invite you to our inaugural meeting—an exciting opportunity to connect with fellow practitioners, share insights, techniques and tools and enhance your practice.

The TRC Collective is a dynamic, supportive space designed specifically for therapeutic practitioners across Victoria and is hosted by the Centre, the DFFH, Berry Street, VACCA, Uniting, MFS, and Anglicare Victoria.

Break Down Isolation

Many therapeutic practitioners work in isolation or are new to their roles; the TRC Collective is designed to break down those barriers, offering a growing community where you can share experiences and challenges unique to your position.

Enhance Your Impact

By joining, you’ll contribute to and benefit from a collective effort to support residential carers and improve the quality of care provided to young people. By sharing resources, guidelines, and tools, you’ll be supporting the statewide delivery of therapeutic residential care.

Collaborate and Innovate

The TRC Collective is more than just a meeting – it’s a collaborative platform where you can exchange ideas, learn from others, explore best practices and contribute to shaping the group’s future direction.

Each monthly session will focus on different aspects of therapeutic practice, driven by the collective’s interests and needs. Over time, the group will lead in shaping its agenda.
