DHHS has published a number of information sheets regarding the updated Funded Organisation Performance Monitoring Framework (FOPMF).

The FOPMF refreshes the Monitoring Framework for health, housing and community services sectors (2005) by enhancing the tools and processes that departmental staff use to monitor organisations funded through a Service Agreement with the Department of Health and Human Services (the Department).
