This information session covers the September intake for the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
The Diploma of Leadership and Management is for people already in leadership or management roles or those working towards a leadership position within the child, youth, and family sector.
The course is designed to empower participants to proactively take initiative, demonstrate sound judgment in planning and organising, and equip them with effective communication and self-management strategies. Participants will develop skills in strategically planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating solutions to emerging challenges and proficiency in identifying and analysing information from diverse channels.
