Fostering Connections

An innovative, industry developed and sector-led solution to foster carer recruitment.

The goal of the project is to achieve better outcomes and impact through whole-sector collaboration, cooperation and data collection. This takes the form of a branded carer attraction campaign, website and enquiry line and centralised Carer Management System (CMS). In addition, Fostering Connections provides opportunities for agencies to share resources to make the carer recruitment experience more efficient and the recruitment process more accessible for enquirers.
