Negotiations on the finer detail of the decision and its implementation are expected to conclude late May. On the settlement of those issues work will begin on the detail of the funding to CSO’s.
The Centre will be represented on the implementation group working with other peaks and DHS to provide advice so as funding variations in respect of this decision accurately identify government funded programs and reflect the vital support provided through the Victorian Governments decision to set aside $200 million in its 2011/12 budget.
The Centre expects funding for the pay increases will be by a variation into funding agreements shortly before the effective date of 1/12/2012.
A calculator which can be used to guide member budgeting for 2012/13 can be sought by contacting Dan Gleeson [email protected] or 9094 3510 at the Centre.
The full decision by FWA can be found at FWA equal remuneration decision
